I have several events that the system has gone thru and auto-added former members of the pack to events that are after their end-date in the pack (as ended in Scoutbook). They do not show up in my roster anymore (on Scoutbook or Scoutbook+).
I have gone thru and deleted them from events once before, but they are showing up again. I don’t want RSVP emails to go to people that have asked to be ended from our unit.
Unfortunately, that’s how the system is designed, based on official registration including the grace period. The SUAC is advocating for a change, but we do not know when or if that will happen.
