I entered the Troop’s 2024 calendar in November 2023. The events included all the Troop members at the time. Some didn’t renew or aged out but they are still on the invite even though they are not on the roster. They are all well past the grace period. I’ve attempted to Deselect All and save the event but the non-members (Scouts, their parents, and leaders) are not removed (Event 5438978 for reference).

Can you give us the member number of a couple that are past grace periods? Also, what is the date and name of the event?
I duplicated the event so I could have a new event and invite just current members. I left the problem event so I changed the name to “Non-members”. It’s on Oct 26, 2024 @ 09:00 AM. I can’t give you the member numbers because they are no longer on my roster but all of the people in that event are no longer registered members.
I’ve brought this up in the past too. THANK YOU for continuing to raise it up as an issue!!!
This has been a problem since Calendar cut over.
@JohnDockstader Do you know any of the member numbers of those invited who are no longer members?
Because they aren’t Troop members any longer, I don’t have access to their accounts. I found the BSA ID of one from his Eagle Application - 135289852.

I’ve added Member IDs for former Scout and former registered adults. I don’t have the information for the Parents of former Scouts.
