Can log into my.scouting but not scoutbook

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

I keep getting the error “We were not able to find a Scoutbook profile linked to this gmail account. If you already have a my. Scouting account, please login here.” Even though I’m using the same log in as I do on my.scouting. I tried logging in with Google and Apple. Nothing is working with scoutbook

@JuliaGanoe1 - have you tried on a pc ? Or on the phone log into my.scouting then click on the scouting America web links tile then tap the scoutbook plus line.

I finally got in on the webrowser but the app still won’t let me click on my profile to log in

When I try to click on my name it goes lighter but doesn’t do anything

I had the same issue. Deleting and reinstalling fixed it.
