Can log into Scoutbook but units and BSA ID missing

I have been using Scoutbook as a Scouter for years with no issues. Somewhat recently I became dual registered in a unit in another council. Now when I log into Scoutbook it shows me my SB user ID number 14141743 but no BSA ID’s at all and I am not able see any units that I am tied to.

I am a Scoutmaster and need access to the units tied to my 10003081/12178730 BSA numbers but not the 141414771 BSA ID.

Can anyone help me or tell me how to manage the numbers in SB? I have no issues with managing my ID numbers in My.Scouting or working with SB plus.
