I have a Den Leader that has 2 BSA# and 2 User IDs.
The account that has her correct email address is BSA # 13229487 and that one is marked with the yellow triangle and exclamation point. This is the one that she has access to and uses!
The other account has the “email@example.com” and BSA# 134813266.
I need these merged and her actual email address on the resulting account… are you able to help? I’ve asked Council for help and they say they merged them, but they are both still there.
Please let me know what steps we need to take. Thank you.
