Good morning, I logged into Scoutbook this morning to sign off on some adventures from our den meeting this week and I am no longer connected to my den or my 2 scouts. I see nothing but myself when I log into Scoutbook.
Thanks,

@SteveSherer I setup a sync but really your unit Admins just need to fully fix it
Do you know what happened? It looks like somehow I was removed as Den Leader. Did something with my old Pack in Florida mess it up?
I think it was recharter - we have seen it a few times but have not isolated the issue - you are registered as a DL
So potentially the recharter of Pack 727 in Florida messed up my current position with Pack 935 in Ohio.
How long does the sync take to happen? Or what does the unit admin for my pack need to do?
Sync is overnight but it will only make you a den leader not assign you to a den. A Unit admin can simply search for you and make you a den leader
What about the fact that I don’t even show connected to either of my 2 scouts anymore as well.
I see you logged in at 9:12 to account connected to NS and SS
My dashboard on scoutbook doesn’t show either of them on it.
well what do you see? post a screenshot
This is what it looks like to me
yeah I think your log in got mixed with another account - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
We found the issue and have reported it to BSA IT. Closing this thread.
