Can not access MyTraining

Hello. My YTP will expire next month so i was retaking the class. About 75% done today and had to reboot my MAC. Now I can’t access MyTraining.

  1. log into ScoutBook
  2. go to my.scouting.home
  3. select Menu/mytraining
  4. select YTP- - “retake course”
    Result:
    https://trainingscouting.org/programs/6
    Blue circle just spins. can’t access training to redo TYP

i’ve rebooted Mac twice, same behavior.

Which browser are you using? The training system works best with Chrome or Edge.

Try not logging in to Scoutbook first. Log in at my.scouting and click on the Youth Protection Begins with You picture.
