I have a couple parents who want their email addresses updated and I havent been able to find a way to do that.
I also have a parent who has unsubscriped from the emails on accident and has not been able to re-subcribe. Any way an admin can reset that too?
Only a user can change their e-mail address. The parent needs to log in then go to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → E-Mail. They can change their e-mail address there.
This same page has the Messaging Opt-Out switch. It should be moved to the left so that it turns gray.
