We have a parent who tried to invite their Scout to join Scoutbook with their own log-in credentials but when the parent initiated the invite button, it didn’t request the Scout’s email address. Then when the scout tried to log-in, it did not ask for a new email or password. Somehow his mother’s email is associated with him. How can the parent edit the Scout’s email address in Scoutbook?
The parent needs to send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with the Scout’s name, e-mail address, BSA Member ID, unit and council. Ask them to update the e-mail address on the account and send login credentials.
