I am unable to access/edit a profile of a new Scout to our unit (to update swimming classification).
I received a “Your position(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action.”
Scout MID 141676181 (Pulled from my.scouting.org roster and listed in the Scouts Scoutbook Account)
My MID 128141891
I have multiple positions in the one unit I’m registered (including Key 3 delegate)
I have “Full Control” permission in Scoutbook and have no issues accessing profiles of other Scouts including other new Scouts who have joined our troop over the past month.
I can view the connected parent profile in Scoutbook Plus and can access his profile MID 141676161
Is this something I need to kick up to the Council registrar?
Thank you.

This is a known issue. The developers are investigating.
Providing this here in case it is relevant as I have the same issue. My profile in Scoutbook plus is showing the incorrect dates when I hover on the “i” next to the expired field. This is making my profile appear to be expired when I am not. Curious if this also affecting my ability to access new scout records. My Lion den I created yesterday has also disappeared which has all new cubs in it. I am thinking this could be related due to my ‘expired’ status. @edavignon

I have reported the expiration issue to the developers.

Try clearing your cache or using an incognito window to see if the Lion den appears.
Thanks. However, my registration is current until the end of this year. Jay
