I have been added to ScoutBook as Troop Admin, Unit Advancement Chair, but the Troop Roster still shows “pending” even though I can log in. I am connected to my two sons, but I do not have access to the controls needed for Troop Admin, Unit Advancement Chair for the rest of the troop.
The BSA Member ID (MID) attached to the my.scouitng.org ID you logged in with to post this comment is not registered with the BSA. I found an old MID for you but that was last registered years ago.
You need to be a registered leader in order to be connected to Scouts in Scoutbook with anything above View Profile/View Advancement.
That’s very strange. I am a registered leader, completed the application, did the YPT. My ID for both My.Scouting and Scoutbook is 13063507. I was personally a Boy Scout decades ago, but all my online access is associated with 13063507.
MID 13063507 is not registered. You will need to contact your council.

We’ve discovered that there are two accounts. A scoutbook account I created originally as a parent linked to scouts and a newly created leader account. The council office tried to merge the accounts, but also suggested I reach out to you again about how to get those two accounts merged.
