I am an admin for our Troop in Scoutbook. However, I cannot add a parent to a Scout. This is a non-registered leader I need to add (Scout’s dad). Additionally, mom is added and her BSA # is correct. However, when she logs in (same BSA #), and goes to the Dashboard, her Scout is not shown. I’ve added parents with no problems in the past so very confused.
Are you getting an error message when you try to add the dad?
I’m missing the option to add a parent.
Can you click on the scout’s connections and then click add?
