Cannot add leader in SB

Hello,

Tried to add BSA ID 116032956 and 12003483 (they’re the same person) to our Troop roster. Was not found in both cases. Tried using the name and email and was not found either. What could be happening? This person has been a leader with our Troop for years.

@SatyajitPhanse he was registered with the second MID in 2022 - but is not currently registered

Looks like he got dropped at Recharter.

@SatyajitPhanse You should be able to access the troop’s official roster at my.scouting.
