We received confirmation that our COR approved of the parent, who completed YPT. We still do not see the adult as searchable by name, BSA number, or email address. What are we missing?

After the COR approves, it goes to the council for background check, etc. Depending on your jurisdiction, it may require more time for it to get processed after the unit leadership approves the application.
Yes looking at it I imagine it went to CBC yesterday - so could be at least 2 weeks
