Cannot Add Leaders on Scoutbook

I have the following three leaders, both are YPT certified, but I cannot add them as leader in Scoutbook. Can you please help me with these

Only the 3rd individuals is a registered leaders. Only registered leaders can appear as leaders in Scoutbook. They must all complete an adult application, either on paper or if your council permits, online.

The 3rd individual is registered as a New Member Coordinator with pack 0457. I have requested a position sync for this individual. Check after 5:00 PM Eastern today to see if the position came in to Scoutbook.
