Cannot add new secretary to roster

Our Pack has a new Secretary and I am trying to add her as a leader in our roster. A search for her e-mail pulls up her two scouts but not her, and a search for her BSA member ID does not pull up any results at all. How can I fix this. I need to get her in there so she can update the calendar n’ such.

You help is greatly appreciated

@williamhowk has the adult filled out an adult application? That is needed and then they will automatically be added

For adult application, I believe the

  • position is committee code “MC”
  • with a functional code “122”.
  • chartered organization representative must approve appointment
  • council may or may not allow online adult applications, contact your council service center for more information
