Cannot Add Scouts for Merit Badge Counseling

Greetings,

I cannot add scouts for merit badge counseling. The district merit badge coordinator has provided the list of clinic attendees from ScoutBook and now, I cannot add them to my connections. Additionally, I cannot access scouts I have an existing connection to. Please examine your systems to see if there is a problem. Thanks in advance, as I’m probably not the only counselor experiencing this problem.

@GregoryEmerson on finding scouts with connections to you as MBC - do NOT got to connections - from Dashboard at Scoutbook.scouting.org - use the top left My Merit Badge Counseling area.

On connecting to new scouts as MBC - are you going to My Connections > Clicking ADD > entering the info?
