Neither my husband, my scout, or myself can get Scoutbook Plus to work. When we login to Legacy Scoutbook and click on any merit badge or anything related to advancement, we are kicked over to Scoutbook Plus, but see the following error:
Error Unable to find the person for the given GUID. - personGuid: B4195B41-444B-4D2B-9374-6651BE38AE04
We have tried every work around we can think of, including using different browsers and clearing the caches. Any help would be appreciated.
@CrystalMurcia For your Scout, please ask him to log all the way out, then log back in to my.Scouting.org. Please have the Scout check his e-mail under “My Profile” (he has 3 different e-mail addresses in the database).
Your husband should be fixed, although he might need to wait for the overnight sync to run.
For you: your husband or one of the troop leaders will need to set up your parent “relationship” at Scoutbook Plus. If they are unable to set it up, you can ask the local council to add it for you.
