Hi I am unable to add/invite a MB counselor as a connection and I am a troop admin. The option to select merit badge counselor is grayed out. Any ideas?
Without a BSA member number, my guess is that the adult is not registered as an MBC or might have a multiple Scoutbook account issue.
@WilliamBlaschuk1 This is a case where the MBC has another BSA number in a different council set as primary. The MBC would need to log in at my.scouting and set the number that you provided as primary.
