I am an ASM at my troop and cannot update the scouts’ advancement from the internet advancement roster section. I have to go through legacy scoutbook, find the scout, and choose advancement. I seem to be the only leader in our troop with this problem. Our troop admin confirmed that I should have the required connections/permissions.
How can we fix this?

@EricRuby so in SB+ - what happens when you click on the Scout?

Nothing. I cannot select the box next to his name. Here is what my screen looks like (I’ve attached a screen shot of my screen (blocking names and ages).
Yes it is like you are not connected - let us take a look
yeah it’s weird. It’s almost like something didn’t make it all the way over to SB+ from SB.
