Cannot locate AOL Crossover Scout - In Council Transfer

Good morning,

I have one of Three new Scouts from the AOL Den that crossed over April 1. I went through the “In Council Transfer” process with the first two and boom, done. This Scout though, had issues with the re-charter showing not renewed etc, along with his Dad (the Den Leader and now ASM). The Dad came over no problem. I enter the BSA Member number (verified correct), first & Last name and DOB. Then I get “Member Not Found”. Help!

@WilliamMount that scout does not have an active registration so cannot be transferred - a new app is needed

I have a screen shot of the resolution from all of the issues. It shows receipt of the funds "Annual Dues - Payment made in the Scouting App via PayPal integration. Reference PaymentLogID: (and then the number). Create Time 2025-03-12 12T02:05:47Z.

@WilliamMount - that would be a payment to the unit and not in my.scouting for the renewal.

It sounds like you need to have a conversation with the unit leadership, @WilliamMount, if the unit was supposed to pay the scout’s national/council dues from that payment. If they think they paid the council, they likely need to follow up with the council professionals to get a resolution on that front.
