We have a Pack that has discontinued and we are receiving Scouts from that Pack which now has defunct leadership. When using the In Council transfer tool (my.scouting.org>unit>roster>transfer in) and we enter the Scouts info we get a diagnostic stating Member Not Found - We were not able to retrieve information from the memberId. HOWEVER, using my District Advancement Chair credentials, I am able to locate the Scout in the current unit and all info (BSA ID, First Name, Last Name, DOB) is correct. I believe the tool is not working correctly. PLEASE NOTE – I am a Key 3 Delegate in the receiving unit, but my wife who is Unit Committee Chair gets the same result. We are using Google Chrome Browsers, Cache Cleared and/or Incognito setting. Platform is Windows 10 and/or WIndows 11 with all updates. Thank you!

@RobertAcker The issue might be that the Scouts’ registrations are expired. Scouts with registrations that are expired / lapsed cannot be transferred.
