Cannot log in as troop admin

Its completely frustrating and I share your pain. I ran into it myself this past winter because it took my Council an extra two months to process everything. So we were locked out of Scoutbook for several weeks. I’m sorry you’re going through this.

Thank you Brian. I appreciate the sympathies. We are back online and thinking about other ways to stay in touch.

The most frustrating part is the lack of empathy from the Scoutbook crew. They are quick to toss it back in our faces rather than offering actual solutions. Scoutbook was better and more responsive before BSA purchased it. I had high hopes after the acquisition but BSA doesn’t even have an in house IT department!

They should be investing heavily in tools to make volunteers lives easier instead of trying to cut corners on IT!
