I am unable to access scoutbook plus just recently. The log in screen never appears. what is the solutions to this?
@SheetalShah mine took a few seconds to load - but loaded and logged in fine. I would guess first something in your cache. Try an incognito window or a Hard Refresh of page.
Mine is the same. It will “usually” eventually load or give a “403 error”, but still not show the scouts OR not allow me to enter advancements. I have tried incognito and the council rep said they have the same result on theirs.
Thank you @DonovanMcNeil. The incognito did not work but I cleared my browsing history completely and I could log in. This also means I have to re-log into sites like gmail and any other sites where my password is saved. Not a big deal for me but may be for others.
Depending on the browser, there are ways to clear just cached data associated with a particular domain (e.g. *.scouting.org). You’d have to google the relevant methods for your specific browser, but it should at least reduce the headaches it causes with other sites’ cached data.
