Cannot receive emails via SB

Suddenly I am no longer able to receive emails via SB. When I view our troop roster it says NO EMAILS next to my name. I checked in my Profile > Emails and the Opt-Out slider is not on… so I am “opted-into” emails.I tried opting-out and then back in, but that didn’t work. I checked to be sure that my email address is the same there as in SB, and it is. Nothing has changed with my account that I am aware of.
I know that in the past I have had more than one account/profile in SB. I was told that they were merged together, and I can only see one profile now… but I thought it was worth mentioning. I think the incorrect profile had Josetta instead of Josi as a first name, and my last name having two parts had caused some kind of problem as well.
I am working with several scouts on MBs and another Scout as a troop Eagle coach, so I would really appreciate help fixing this issue. Thank you so much.

@JosettaEason_Bogdon I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” section / tab, they should ensure that you are listed as parent only under your primary BSA member ID number, the one ending in -228. They should remove you if you are listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, your BSA numbers might get switched around again at the next Recharter or when your Scout renews.
