In Scoutbook+, I have several parents whose accounts I can’t remove from a calendar event. One is a parent of a Scout who aged out. Another is a parent who does not have legal nor physical custody of their Scout (but did back when the Scout was in Cubs). Most of the adult accounts have the three stacked dots on the right-hand side, but these don’t.
@Holly_AnneBalish there is an open story to fix part of this.
On the second parent, are they still a parent in Registration? Go to SB+ > Scout Profile > Relationship > does that person show there? if so council would need to remove or change them.
Hi Donovan. That parent is shown there so I will contact our council registrar to have them removed.
I do have another clue to the puzzle about the parents/leaders missing the dots that allow you to remove them from an event. This is specifically happening when I create the event as Duplicate Event from one that happened in the past. It doesn’t matter whether I opt to add new members or not, but it doesn’t happen to ALL members. There is one person who is a Leader & Parent of an active Scout whose record is doing the same thing even though others don’t. I didn’t mention this one earlier since she should be invited to the event.
Yep the dupe I do recall.
