We have a name that appears under the list of Parents when creating calendar events. This name isn’t associated with any of our scouts. It doesn’t appear in the Connections Manager or the Send Message in Scoutbook. He’s not an option to include on the Print Roster. I only see him in Calendar Events.
To avoid sharing PII, I’ve created an event where only he was invited- Internet Advancement
Can you let me know how to remove him? Manually deselecting him is getting old. Thanks.
@JohnDockstader - have you tried the remove old connections from connections manager
I have in the past and just cleared them again but it didn’t change anything. This person isn’t listed in the Connections Manager. They are listed with the Parents/Guardians when adding individuals to Events.
