Hello, a parent with BSA ID 14040653 has connected to Scoutbook but his email is set to “firstname.lastname@example.org”, even though he signed up online with his correct email and all the other info is correct. When he goes to change his email address, he gets the error below. I’ve looked around in scoutbook and I’m not seeing any “pending account” or “Global Search feature”. Any help is appreciated. He also said that resetting his password didn’t work, as it just resets his boyscouts.org account (his words) rather than scoutbook.
