Cannot see both of my kids using Scouting app

Hello,

I have two sons within the same Pack, but for some reason I cannot view both of them when using the Scouting app. I can see and you’re requirements just fine for both of them when logging into scoutbook via an internet browser.

on Scoutbook go to the son you cannot see > Connection > click on your name > Click Update > that should reestablish the connection
