Parent has two boys in our troop that she is able to view from Scoutbook mobile appl We just started a girl’s troop and have several parents with children in both. I have to switch the troop I’m looking at between the girls and boys website. How does the parent do this on the Scoutbook mobile app.
Forgot the say the girl is on the girl’s troop roster and the parent is connected. I do not have a screen shot of what the parent is seeing yet.

Found out the parent was not using the BSA account I was looking at was using the father’s account who wasn’t linked. Sorry for opening a case
