Scouts not showing

When I login to the app I can not view my children and their records.

There sometimes is an issue with Connections - go to scoutbook > go to your Scouts Profile > click your name (where it shows parents - this will open your connection) > then just click update (making sure the parent checkbox is marked)

The website is fine. I’m having issues with the app.

@HughWelch I am telling you a solution - you have to use Scoutbook.com to solve it

@HughWelch - the process to reset the parent connection outlined by Donovan does work, so do restore your parent connections to both scouts and the app will display them.
