Cannot see scout in Internet Advancement

When logging in to Internet Advancement I am able to see my pack, as I am Cub Master, but not able to see my two sons. I do see them in ScoutBook, just not internet advancement.

My BSA#13788419
Son 1 BSA#13789756
Son 2 BSA#13788364

I do have a 2nd BSA #110320547, but my understanding is that Council has consolidated everything to the number above.
