Cannot update profile in Internet Advancement

Trying to change my email

Whenever I click “Save Profile” (even I have changed nothing), I get Error: “zip5” is not allowed to be empty,“zip5” with value “” fails to match the required pattern: /[1]{5}$/.

I’d check that your zip code is filled in

No, it was not. I successfully changed it.

I’m overseas so when I enter my location, the option for a zip code disappears.

Thanks for the info. I have reported this to the developers. It sounds like you had a successful workaround.
