I am a merit badge counselor and have been unable to sign off requirements off my connected scouts for the past 2 weeks. This is the error that I get:
MBC sign-offs are still in Classic Scoutbook for the moment.
I try to do them in classic scoutbook, but then I get directed to scout plus and get this error
Use either the MBC functions from My Dashboard or the Scout’s Merit Badge page.
If you go through the Legacy Scout Profile - do NOT click Advancement - Click Merit Badge - then you can select a MBC option - for MBCs the best place is on the Legacy Dashboard > top left MBC are
Another way is to use “My Merit Badge Counseling” feature on the “My Dashboard” page in Scoutbook (legacy).
