Recently parents in our pack have reported that they no longer have access to update / track / complete their individual scout adventures. As of early to mid-December Parent access had the ability to track these adventures however as of writing this the access no longer appears. I personally can update scouts within our pack when I am ‘viewing’ my scoutbook plus as “Cubmaster” however if I switch the “Currently Viewing” to a parent profile for one of my active scouts this I cannot see any Rank menus. This is exactly as reported by parents who are not pack leaders. Note that pack completed recharter and scouts show as “Current” in the Pack roster. Please advise.
