Can't complete safety afloat. Stuck at 60%

I am trying to repeat safety afloat. I have completed the 9 item and sit at 60% complete. I cannot select any later topics.

I am on mobile/android using chrome. I have tried running in incognito mode and have closed all tabs and tried again.

make sure it is not Zoomed in

I had the same experience when attempting to view the training on an Android device. I went through the training several times but got hung up. I was able to complete the training on a desktop Windows device.
