Safety Afloat wont record

Lance S BSA ID 121628847 is trying to renew Safety Afloat. He is on a Microsoft Dell lab top, using Chrome.

His dashboard in ScoutingU say 90% complete, but, when he resumes and completes (now done it 3 times) system says “thank you, go to the education page to get your certificate” but goes back to 90%

Suggestions?

Make sure he clicks the continue button for the Learn Management System so it returns to the LMS menu.
