Safety afloat did not register

hello i completed safety afloat it did not register

this site is the worst. i had to redo safe swim defense and and safety afloat from 0 when both were at 60%. i tried all the suggestions on this forum plus logging in from an ipad and a smart phone. safety afloat completed but did not register its stuck at 90% and wont resume; please correct this dont give me any suggestions to fix it myself

I am experiencing the same issue. I have completed Safety Afloat 2x now in the past 24 hours and I never receive a certificate of completion and when I look up my progress, it says 90%. Please let me know if you find a fix for the issue.
