I have a Tiger Cub in my Pack whose father was registered as the Tiger parent and can successfully login and see his son’s information. They created a second Scoutbook profile for the mother, but when I search for her to add as a connection to the Cub no results are found. If I attempt to create a new profile invite using her name and email it says there is already a profile with those details. How can I get her connected to her son if SB doesn’t find her in the search? Any help available on this?
Have you looked in Scouts connections to see if mother is already connected in another way?
Yes, there is no connection the Cub has other than father and Unit Leaders.
