It is in the “Activity Logs” section whenever trying to add people to a camping, service, or hiking activity.
@MelissaHollingsworth by default you positions of UAC and Committee member - Permissions given by default are None for Activities and none for Calendar - Key 3 has to customize them if the unit wants you to have access
When was this change made? I was able to correctly log a camping activity that took place October 10th, so the change in the inability to log activities on my end is very recent.
About 2 weeks ago. Your Key 3 should review this and take action - Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.
Thank you. That tracks with the timing. I’ll make sure they see it and we update all of our positions correctly. I imagine an email with this info was sent to the Key 3 of every unit, but it may be good to send this out to the Advancement Chairs as well if that is possible as I know in my unit I tend to do the most in SB. Thanks for your help!
Scouting America typically does not send e-mail to unit leaders. Councils are notified and it is up to them to distribute information how they choose.
We recommend setting a watch on Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums by clicking on the
and selecting Watching. You will then be notified of every change to the Change Log.
