Cant log into internet advancement

I (BSA # 135577730) can not log into internet advancement. I have not changed anything and can still log into all other platforms (SB, my.scouting) with no issue but get an error every time I try to log into internet advancement. I hold the correct permissions to access IA. I am the pack advancement char, COR, unit commissioner.

I am also getting the multiple user error in SB but its working so I dont want to mess with that since I need it for monthly awards.

Can you try an incognito window?

@MeganTownsend Are you logging in at my.scouting, and then logging in at Internet Advancement (via BSA Web Links)?

What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser? Or different device?
