I am seeing inconsistencies between Scoutbook and the Recharter, so trying to print the roster in Recharter to keep track of updates, but getting error: “Please log onto your account and try again, or report this to the forums (81).” I am logged in. Thanks for any help.
Internet Recharter roster should match your my.scouting roster. My.scouting is the official system of record, not Scoutbook. Does your Recharter roster match my.scouting?
Thanks for that tip! However, I am getting the same error when I select run report > unit roster (“Please log onto your account and try again, or report this to the forums (81)”). I could go through page by page, but it would be nice to see a list in excel. Same for the recharter roster. Unless you tell me that what I am seeing in the recharter IS what is in my.scouting, then I have lots of work to do! But still would be nice to see it as an excel and not online (to keep track of contacting people, etc…).
Before any changes have been made, your recharter list should be identical to your my.scouting roster.
