I was trying to update all my scouts adventures and update ranks but the site won’t let me. For some reason it worked for a few out of the bunch and just says it’s disabled and won’t allow me to do anything. Scoutbook has been extremely frustrating since I’ve joined scouts, never working, a ton of issues experienced by most people I have talked to about trying to use it. There isn’t even an area to talk or email someone for help, BSA’s only attempt at help is forums. I hope one of the other volunteers on here can help shed some light on what I’m doing wrong because I definitely don’t feel any support from BSA.
@ColinGreen give us a little more insite? What type of unit? how are you trying to record things? What URL are you using?
@ColinGreen if you are trying to record things for cubs Last year you missed the 9/1/24 national cut off - council will need to help enter the advancements
