I’m a Unit Advancement Chair. Our Troop only uses Internet Advancement. We do not use Scout Book. I am unable to download previous advancement reports. I have tried all of the steps in this previous thread, but still continue to receive the SSO message. Again our Troop doesn’t use Scoutbook. I have even tried logging into my.scouting.org and tried legacy.
Additionally, I just ran a report this morning and when I ran the report the report to send to the scout shop, my report was completely blank.
