Can't seem to receive the pack invitation

I registered on Scoutbook the day of our first pack meeting 3 weeks ago. Ever since then the pack leader has told me they have sent me the invitation email via scoutbook for me to accept the invite.

I have checked all spam/junk folders. I know I can receive emails from scout book as I have submitted a ticket 2x for this with no response back from the support team.

All I want to do is get it setup and add my boy to the dashboard so I can keep up with the pack calendar.

What else can i do??

Have them check the email address they are sending it to. If it is spelled wrong,then no message.

If you set it up, your pack leaders need to search for you to add you as a connection, not create a new account for you.
