Can't transfer my kids to new council with beascout.org

Trying to follow instructions for “How to Transfer from one council to another online”.

Everything worked until the last step when it gave me an error message that there was no associated adult with the youth even though I show for both my son and daughter in Scoutbook. I do not see my kids in my.scouting.org however, only the troop that I’m an admin for.

My member ID is 133853788
My daughter ID is 135405127
My son ID is 133512831

@GlennSimmonds You need to contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar tools to set your relationship to your son and daughter.

Contact your former council, not the new one.
