I have updated leadership positions on several scouts but for one scout (SB#9888721) it will not add a new leadership position and gives me an error box telling me to check the scouts membership status. The scout has been a continuous member of the troop for several years and the name has a green check mark on the roster. What could be the issue?
@CasandraCartagena - go to that scout from the socutbook roster then click on the line that say membership and look at the current membership and make sure only one is listed
First guess @CasandraCartagena - the Venture membership is not approved - that unit needs to approve membership
