Hello! I am having trouble with a record in Scoutbook — I’m a den leader, and I see the 6 registered scouts in my Den, but one of them I am not “connected” to, so I can’t update his advancement. He shows up, but not editable and greyed out. I want to make sure he is able to receive his awards next month at our Pack meeting—how can I get this scout connected correctly to the Den?
@KatherineAllen Ask a Pack Admin to give you the Den Admin role for your assigned den.
