I am having issues connecting to my scouts on Scout book. I am a den leader and have admin privileges’ but when i go to input awards it is saying i am not connected to the scouts to put in their awards. does anyone know how to fix.
you can try going to you Den Admin position and clicking update - otherwise a unit admin probably needs to do it for you
