We need to replace our Committee Chair immediately for a number of reasons, but our COR recently became unavailable due to medical reasons. We are going to set up the Executive Officer as the COR delegate, but the application may take some time. We need to remove the CC and add the new one (myself, already a registered leader) ASAP. Is there any way to do this without the current COR or waiting for the delegate to be setup? Our council has not been able to help facilitate this.

Does the council have the ability to make the change to the CC if the Executive Officer gives them reason enough due to our situation?
Also, could they temporarily make an existing registered leader the COR delegate to allow them to make the change to the CC?
The Council has the ability to assign a new COR at the request of the IH. I do not know if they can make a COR Delegate, however, once you have a new COR, that individual can make a COR Delegate.
